Qualification Details

The Extended Diploma in Strategic Business Management Level 7 is both an advanced professional qualification and an MBA advanced entry course, which provides learners with 120 of the 180 credits to achieve a complete MBA.

The Extended Diploma in Strategic Business Management is accredited by ATHE (Awards in Training & Higher Education), which is fully regulated by Ofqual.

Who is eligible for this programme?

If you have a level 5 qualification already, you are eligible to begin your studies at level 7 or above, depending on your level of management experience.

A university graduate who is over 22 years old, or

A non-university graduate over 24 years old and with at least five years of managerial experience.

Course Overview

The level 7 course is made up of 30 modules and 8 written assignments. Each module consists of 40 guided learning hours of material with an additional 30-50 hours worth of optional materials that comprise of recommended exercises, recommended readings, Internet resources, and self-testing exercises.

Written Assignments

The ATHE Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Business Management Course has 30 modules and 8 written assignments. On completion of the modules, students will be given access to the assignments. The assignments are approximately 5,000-8,000 words each. Students are provided support on the modules and assignments via the ‘Tutor’ section of the learning platform.
